Nikita Is Hooking it Up

So Nikita had this photoshoot contest. You had to send in photos of yourself and send them an e-mail explaining what you are into and what you are all about. They would then pick two winners (one from North America and one from Europe) and fly those two lucky ladies out to a special location to be in a photo shoot with the rest of the Nikita girls for their catalog. Well I happened to be the girl they picked from North America. Check it out here. They are flying me out to a location I can't mention yet from October 24th-28th to be in their shoot. Stoked.

My Shopgirl interview

So Burton's Shopgirl program decided to interview interview me a while back... here is a little flashback.

My First Burton Paycheck

So I received my first paycheck from Burton today. A few weeks ago I did a photo shoot with Greg Dacyshyn (the senior VP/Creative Director of all Burton brands). He had an interview in XXL Magazine and they needed pictures so they asked me to do the shoot for them. I have a feeling this is just the beginning of a long relationship. Look out for XXL magazine and their interview with Greg.

Pre Season Jibbing

At Darkside snowboard shop in Stowe we decided to have ourselves a little pre season jib session. The guys collected snow from the local ice rink, piled it up in back of the shop, and jibbed. It was a pretty low key session. It started to rain about an hour into it, but a few dedicated kids decided to keep on jibbing while the rest of us ate hot dogs. It was a decent session to kick things off.
